Nele Terlaeken

Nele Terlaeken is the lab technician of the Brubotics Rehabilitation Research Center core facility at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). She obtained her Master’s degree in Sport and Movement Sciences, with a specialization in Biomedical Research in Movement Science, from KU Leuven in 2025. 

Nele supports the day-to-day activities of the lab by preparing experimental setups, maintaining and calibrating equipment, and assisting researchers during testing sessions. She helps ensure that the lab runs smoothly and safely, allowing the research team to focus on advancing research.
