Evert Zinzen

Prof. dr. Evert Zinzen (°20/09/1965) graduated in 1987 as "Licentiate in the Physical Education", in 1989 as "Licentiate in the Motoric Revalidation and Physiotherapy", in 1998 ad PhD in the Motoric Revalidation and Physiotherapy" and in 2007 agragated for the secondary education, group 2 Physical Education. He worked in different functions at the VUB and became professor (docent) in 2004 and was promoted in 2008 (hoofddocent) and in 2018 to full professor (Hoogleraar). Besides a huge education package, research was focused on Ergonomy, Epidemiology of low back problems, traing advice, nursing personnel, Education, ... Recently a research line concerning physical activity and VR is started. Since 2018 he became Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education and Physiotherapy of the VUB.
