Nina Lefeber (28/02/1992) graduated in 2014 as Master in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy, and in 2015, as Master in Manual Therapy at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). In 2019, she obtained her PhD degree at the same instituation with a doctoral thesis on "Exercise intensity of assisted walking after stroke: the impact of robotic assistance". Since November 2020, she is appointed as tenure track research professor at the Department of Movement and Sport Sciences (BESW) of the Faculty of Physical Education and Physiotherapy (LK) of the VUB, and  board member of the Brubotics Rehabilitation Research Center. Her research activities and interests are situated in the fields of movement analysis, and rehabilitation and sports technology.
